Misael “Ace” Almeria is a United States Citizen born in Manila Philippines. Attained a degree of Bachelor in Science of Marine Transportation on October 1984 from Philippine Maritime Institute.  
Vice President of Diamond Head Financial Group a California-based company.  On March 2000 my family moved to Pembroke Pines, Florida where I established Almeria and Associates Financial Group.  
I purchased an embroidery company in 2004 and now is Ace Embroidery Screen Printing and More located inside Sedano’s Supermarket at 17171 Pines Boulevard Pembroke Pines Fl.  33027.

A current member of The Board of Adjustment. Appointed by our Honorable Mayor Frank Ortiz as an alternate member in 2016 for the City of Pembroke Pines. I served as a board member and as a Vice President of Royal Bay a sub-association in the Town Gate community.  A long-time member of the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce where I also serve as an ambassador. 

My campaign is centered around three core principles: progress, inclusivity, and sustainability. Together, we can build a city that embraces progress and innovation, where we invest in education and job creation to provide a brighter future for our children.
Inclusivity is at the heart of my campaign. I firmly believe that diversity makes us stronger. I will work tirelessly to create an inclusive city where everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, feels valued and has a voice in shaping our policies.  Sustainability is not just an option; it’s a necessity. I am committed to implementing green initiatives that will protect our environment, reduce our carbon footprint, and create a healthier and more sustainable city for generations to come.
